�۽�ֱ�� was a member of the joint venture responsible for the contract to design, build, finance, operate, and maintain (DBFOM) the 36-mile Eagle Commuter Rail Network. The multi-billion dollar Eagle P3 Commuter Rail project is the country’s first public-private partnership transit project in the United States.

�۽�ֱ�� partnered with San Diego Unified School District for this year's Green Apple Day of Service. More than 100 volunteers helped build a new garden for Hickman Elementary School.

Solitair Brickell is a 50-story, 750,000-gross-square-foot apartment tower in the Brickell district of Miami, FL. In 2018, the project received the first place Eagle and Project of the Year Awards from the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida, East Coast Chapter through their annual Excellence in Construction Awards program.
