Penn Medicine’s new 1.5-million-square-foot flagship hospital (known as “The Pavilion”) is making history in Philadelphia, PA as the largest capital project in Penn’s history and the most ambitious healthcare building in Philadelphia to date.

It’s no secret that construction work is inherently risky. And as the industry has embraced a faster delivery model, resulting in projects being turned over months—if not years—earlier than once thought possible, our potential risks are greater than ever. But at �۽�ֱ��, we believe we have the opportunity to address those risks in a way that makes us stronger and more reliable builders.

Ever locked yourself out of the house? Taken a wrong turn on your way to an important meeting? Spent too much time trolling social media when you should be studying? Watched the clock strike 3:00 PM only to realize you still haven’t eaten lunch? Anyone can get distracted by life’s competing priorities.

Over the course of 18 months of construction, our Southeast teammates built the Blackbaud World Headquarters in Charleston, SC. This 172,000-square-foot office complex, complete with parking for 650 vehicles, is part of the Daniel Island community.

This stunning drone footage was taken by Multivista in celebration of �۽�ֱ��’s topping out of The Independent, a soaring 58-story residential tower in the heart of downtown Austin, Texas. It was a double the celebration as the team was also honored for 850,000 person-hours without a lost time accident. Congratulations to the Austin office on reaching both of these significant milestones.
