Since joining �۽�ֱ�� in 1999, Brian has been instrumental in ensuring project success by providing oversight in all phases including procurement, execution and completion.

As leader of the business acquisition team in Florida, Bruce has more than 30 years of industry experience and is responsible for estimating and preconstruction. His previous contributions as head of Florida’s estimating department, in addition to providing oversight for both the estimating and preconstruction teams, have been an invaluable asset.

In his role, Chris Diaz has overseen safety for many projects in theming, medical, residential, commercial, corrections, hospitality, education, heavy industrial, fuel distribution and co-generation power plants. He is a member of the Common Ground Alliance and leading an industry-wide safety orientation and certificate program.

As senior vice president, of legal, Earnest is responsible for all legal affairs for the Florida operations including contracting matters and litigation management and serves as the division's compliance officer. As a member of the Florida leadership team, Earnest functions as a strategic business partner in supporting Florida operations.

As the marketing director, Haley oversees the business acquisition, marketing, communications, future business planning, and opportunity development for the Southeast region. A proud recipient of the 2018 H. Gordon Wyllie, MCR, Young Leader of the Year award and a Bridges to Prosperity alum, Haley personifies the spirit of a multi-faceted leader. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Belmont University.

Janice is responsible for the accounting and budgetary oversight of �۽�ֱ��'s Florida business operations. Throughout her career, she has worked in several construction disciplines and brings a breadth of industry knowledge with experience in development, residential, road building and commercial construction. Janice champions the personal and professional growth of the financial profession across the industry through her long-time membership of CFMA. A Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional, Janice continues to set the standard of excellence in her role with �۽�ֱ��.

As executive vice president and business unit leader, John creates and leads strategies in core markets and niche projects offering value-driven delivery strategies throughout the state. His many responsibilities include leading and supporting over 200 management employees through all stages of the project lifecycle – including client development, marketing, BIM services, pre-construction, and operations. An industry veteran, John brings more than two decades of experience exclusively at �۽�ֱ��.

As vice president of operations, Jonathan provides executive leadership and support for �۽�ֱ��'s project teams in South Florida focused on work-winning and operational excellence.  With experience in higher education, municipal, hospitality, and entertainment market sectors, Jonathan thrives on helping clients navigate complex projects from the early stages of conceptual design through turnover, always delivering projects on time and within budget. He is known for creating a positive team atmosphere grounded in trust and accountability. Some of Jonathan's notable projects include Florida Atlantic University Stadium, Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Art, and the Alfond Inn Expansion and Renovation.

As business development director for our South Florida office, Martin supports �۽�ֱ��’s mission to create and maintain longstanding client relationships. With a background in law, his value and expertise derive from leadership roles in different facets of commercial real estate and construction, as well as serving as president, director of business development and vice president of development for several South Florida firms.

A  relentless ally with over three decades of construction industry experience, Michael is a renowned expert in leading operations for large and complex projects. As �۽�ֱ��'s Field Operations Director, he excels at coordinating client relationships, facilitating seamless team alignment on goals and expectations, and mitigating unforeseen risks.  This commitment to operational excellence ensures the delivery of landmark projects with unparalleled precision, leaving a lasting impact on the communities he serves.

Mike Carlin began his career with �۽�ֱ�� as an intern before joining full-time in 1990. Mike’s career experience while at �۽�ֱ�� has included work as an estimator, project engineer, assistant project manager, project manager, senior project manager and superintendent. Currently, he is senior vice president of operations for the company in Florida.

Tequesta DeSouza is an accomplished Vice President of Human Resources for the Southeast, renowned for her expertise in talent management, employee relations, change management, and coaching. As a trusted advisor and business partner, she collaborates with operations to develop strategies aimed at building exceptional teams and fostering a best-place-to-work culture. She is also the founder of Future Unleashed, LLC, a company dedicated to empowering young adults for successful careers. Recognized as a Power Leader in Human Resources by the South Florida Business Journal in 2016, Tequesta is esteemed for her professionalism and leadership. A member of the Society for Human Resource Management and a former president of the Human Resources Association of Broward County, she holds a Master’s in Human Resources from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Florida Atlantic University, along with prestigious HR certifications.

Tom started his career in construction with �۽�ֱ�� in 2009. Throughout his 15 years with the company, he has worked across many market sectors including federal, corrections, education and hospitality delivering marquee projects like Florida International University's Student Academic Success Center, W Hotel Fort Lauderdale Remodel, Loews Miami Beach Hotel Renovation, and Harris Technology. Tom has been working on the Broward County Convention Center Expansion and Hotel project since the preconstruction phase, and as Project Executive is now leading multiple phases of the project.

A 35-year construction veteran, Vince's impressive project portfolio includes a diverse array of projects across the multifamily, retail, education and public use market sectors. Vince assumes a key role as vice president of operations, providing executive leadership and support of �۽�ֱ��'s commercial operations in South Florida. Driven by client satisfaction, Vince is known for his ability to cultivate collaboration throughout all phases of the project life-cycle and promote �۽�ֱ��'s people-first culture amongst his project teams. He has worked on some of �۽�ֱ��'s most significant projects in Florida such as Dr. Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, Solitair Brickell Apartments and most recently, the award-winning Icon Marina Village.

As chief estimator in the South Florida office, Warren has 35+ years of experience. He prepares estimates at all phases of design: schematic, design development and construction documents. Constructability reviews and assistance early in the design phase maximizes project value. Warren’s subcontractor relationships are deep and his vast knowledge has earned him the respect of owners and architects alike.
