BLUFFTON, SC –  �۽�ֱ�� has been selected to be a part of the design-build team to deliver Cunningham South Carolina, LLC, and CORE Development’s The Bridge at Calhoun (The Bridge). The landmark retail, restaurant, and residence project is located in Bluffton, South Carolina, one of the fastest-growing waterfront towns in the U.S.

Given the distinction by The New York Times in 2020, Bluffton is a rapidly growing Lowcountry town just six miles from Hilton Head Island and situated along the May River, an Atlantic distributary. The Bridge, not far from “Old Town Bluffton,” promises to bring a vibrant mixture of dining, shopping, and living spaces, all with an emphasis on developing ownership in underrepresented populations of women and African American entrepreneurs and restauranteurs.

The Bridge, a $1.5 million project, will comprise three buildings united by a southern coastal architectural style in homage to the original structures. In these buildings, �۽�ֱ��, along with design partners Court Atkins Group of Bluffton and J. Elder Studios of Savanah, Georgia, will design and build out five new restaurants and retail stores that match The Bridge’s community-focused ethos creating a comfortable and unique draw for Bluffton residents and visitors alike. Additionally, the design-build team will provide walking access to the May River promenade and Calhoun Street Public Dock, guaranteeing that visitors can enjoy other dining and shopping opportunities that Riverside Bluffton has to offer.
