ARLINGTON, VA –  �۽�ֱ�� has been awarded $79 million by LCOR Incorporated (LCOR) to deliver Sage at National Landing, a luxury residential and multifamily building in Arlington, Virginia. Construction is underway for the new multifamily residential project and once complete the new building will bring energy and vitality to the area and drive economic growth and development to the Crystal City neighborhood.

The 19-story Sage at National Landing building will feature 306 luxury apartment units offering a variety of living options for local residents of Crystal City and surrounding Arlington neighborhoods. The mixed-use property will also feature 10,653 square feet of ground-floor retail space that will include a two-story bar-and-restaurant concept bringing more retail and entertainment to the 12th street corridor.

Prominently located on the border of Crystal City and Pentagon City, the multifamily residential project is being constructed on the 40,000-square-foot Verizon telecommunications site at 400 11th Street South. The new facility will also be located in close proximity to the newly unveiled Amazon HQ2 that is slated to break ground in 2022. 

Sage at National Landing is �۽�ֱ��’s second project with LCOR, where the company is providing general contracting services. The new building follows the completion of The Altaire, a LEED Gold certified, 20-story multi-family/mixed-use development and elite apartment residence offering unparalleled views of the Potomac and D.C. skyline.

The �۽�ֱ�� team is using the latest technologies and lean construction methods including prefabrication of exterior wall panels and mechanical, electrical and plumbing components, and Building Information Modeling to efficiently deliver LCOR’s Sage at National Landing with architect SK+I Architects of Bethesda, MD. Work is expected to be completed in early 2023.
