West Palm Beach, FL– �۽�ֱ�� has been awarded by Related Group to deliver Icon Marina Village, a two-tower, 24-story luxury residential and mixed-use development in West Palm Beach. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 7, 2021, to celebrate the new property that will offer a new rental community for South Florida residents and provide gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic, Palm Beach Island, and Downtown West Palm Beach.

Icon Marina Village features two high-rise towers that will accommodate 399 luxury units, offering a variety of living options. The development will feature a rooftop with an adjoining garage, and amenities including a semi-private beach club with a day dock and sand beach, a heated European-edge swimming pool, a business lounge, a fire pit and outdoor kitchen, a relaxing spa with sauna, and more.

“Each one of our Icon properties pushes the boundaries of what is expected out of a rental community, and Icon Marina Village is no different,” said Arturo Peña, VP for Related and lead developer for the project. “We’ve been watching the West Palm Beach market very closely, and with this new project we’ll be ready to welcome new South Florida residents in search of a no-compromise living experience.”  

Offering modern one-, two- and three-bedroom units, each apartment home features condominium-level touches, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, full-height backsplashes, Italian cabinetry, and a secure, high-speed managed Wi-Fi system. To maximize the stunning views, each waterfront unit comes standard with floor-to-ceiling windows, high ceilings, and sweeping balconies. At least two of the penthouse units will also feature their own, private rooftop pools.

Icon Marina Village represents the first phase of a 19+-acre integrated master development in partnership with world-renowned Rybovich, at the site of their Superyacht Marina. Prominently located on a prime waterfront location, the new luxury high-rise will boast gorgeous views of the Intracoastal Waterway, the Atlantic, Palm Beach Island and Downtown West Palm Beach.

Construction is underway and the �۽�ֱ�� team will use the latest technologies and lean construction methods, such as Building Information Modeling, to efficiently deliver Related Group’s Icon Marina Village with architect Arquitectonica of Miami, FL. The project will employ approximately 350 workers and is set for completion by 2023.
