This Pride Month, �۽�ֱ�� is taking time to reflect on the LGBTQ+ community’s long and ongoing journey to achieve equity and inclusion in the U.S. We also celebrate our Building PRIDE employee affinity group and their progress in facilitating vital educational resources and platforms that promote open, safe and respectful dialogue.

Since its official launch in 2020, Building PRIDE has been a powerful voice for LGBTQ+ community members and allies. This year, the group unites under the theme “Celebration, Education, Jubilation” to promote the positivity of Pride Month while sharing the desire to help all �۽�ֱ�� colleagues be seen and appreciated for who they are and recognizing the challenges the LGBTQ+ community faces.

Together, during Pride Month and beyond, Building PRIDE strives to:

• Create solidarity and a sense of belonging for LGBTQ+ teammates
• Build greater connection, understanding and support for the LGBTQ+ community
• Develop robust resources for allies and community members

These goals allow the group to advance the right for everyone to be their authentic selves at �۽�ֱ�� and impact our teammates in meaningful ways beyond the workplace.

Throughout Pride Month, teams across the country will celebrate the rich talent that makes �۽�ֱ�� shine as we continue the important work of laying a foundation for our future that is inclusive, safe and equitable for all.
