ATLANTA, GA –  ۽ֱ completes construction of Greenstone Properties’ and Crescent Communities’ joint development in Atlanta featuring the newly delivered 14th + Spring Office Tower and NOVEL Midtown multifamily community. The new multifamily and office towers add Class A+ office space, 340 luxury residential apartments, and 3,200 square feet of curated retail space to the bustling Midtown area.

Greenstone Properties’ 14th + Spring office tower is a joint venture development with Goldman Sachs. The 324,000-square-foot glass-clad project is located at 1150 Spring Street at the corner of 14th Street and Spring Street. As part of the new mixed-use development, Crescent Communities’ NOVEL Midtown consists of a 14-story residential tower in the heart of Midtown, adjacent to Whole Foods and overlooking the Downtown Connector. The 360,000-square-foot building offers studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment options with premier finishes and luxury amenities including a 14th-floor Skydeck with indoor and outdoor social spaces and skyline views, a resort-style spa with a steam room, jacuzzi, and showers and a 3,000-square-foot fitness club featuring top-of-the-line equipment with a separate yoga room.

Additionally, NOVEL Midtown includes approximately 3,200 square feet of ground-level retail anchored by locally founded Land of Thousand Hills Coffee & Social. This location marks the seventh location for LTH. 14th + Spring also features an additional 5,120 square feet of ground-level retail. Both spaces activate the adjacent streetscape and provide vital pedestrian connections to the Whole Foods Market and the MARTA station a few easy blocks away. Plaza-level amenities also include multiple outdoor gathering areas, a ride-share lounge, a fitness center, and resident coffee bar.

Both the office and multifamily towers share the five-story, 378,000-square foot, 850-space underground parking deck.
