Steven Reiser serves as Chief Estimator for ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ US Civils operations in the West, overseeing the estimating of all projects in that region while also working alongside teammates within our US Rail sector when necessary.
With more than three decades of experience in the heavy civil market sector in California, Steve has facilitated the planning, execution and completion of several complex public and private projects throughout his career with a focus on safety, quality and maintaining positive client relationships.
Steve is a graduate of Bucknell University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University and furthered his education with a Master of Business Administration from California State University, Long Beach. He is also a U.S. military veteran reaching the rank of Captain in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with stations in Alabama, Texas and Korea.
Outside of the office, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as playing golf, traveling and exploring the outdoors.
