David Laib has more than four decades of experience and serves as executive vice president for the Mid-Atlantic team, focusing on preconstruction, business development, and project execution efforts. David has been a member of the ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥ team since 2004 where he started as a vice president of operations and business unit leader and has provided executive oversight on many high-profile projects in the healthcare, government, corporate office, hospitality, higher education, and residential markets. Prior to joining ÃÛ½ÛÖ±²¥, David held senior management and leadership positions with several national and regional construction management and general contracting firms. David is a registered professional engineer and a retired captain in the Civil Engineer Corps, Navy Reserve.
